Mickey Foley is a 1993 graduate of Grafton High School. Foley graduated from West Virginia University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in early childhood education. He has always had a passion for coaching and working with the youth. While in college, Foley volunteered to assist various youth sports camps and assisted with the Special Olympics in the Morgantown community.
